The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is the agreement between the faculty
of United Academics AAUP/AFT Local 4996 and the University of Alaska. It governs
various facets of faculty employment such as salary, benefits, teaching reviews,
tenure & promotion, academic freedom, grievances, complaints, and contract
renewals.
